Who we are

AEO Pro is software made and run by 주식회사 데이터노우즈 (“we”, “us”). Our registered address is 2F, Cheonwoo Building, 9-22 Sinbanpo-ro 45-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

These terms apply when you use AEO Pro or this website. By starting a trial or a subscription, you agree to them.

If you use AEO Pro for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

What AEO Pro is

AEO Pro is a self-serve software subscription. An AI agent measures how AI assistants answer about your business, makes technical fixes to your site, checks each fix on the live page and sends you reports.

AEO Pro does not include human services. There is no consulting, account manager, sales call, demo, onboarding session or done-for-you work. An AI assistant answers questions first. Billing questions are handled by email. Refunds can be requested through Paddle or by email.

Who sells it to you: Paddle

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Paddle handles checkout, payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts, and processes refunds. We never see your full card number.

Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Free trial, billing and renewal

• Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial. A payment card is required to start it.
• After the trial, the plan you chose is billed monthly until you cancel: Starter: $19/month, Pro: $49/month.
• Prices are in USD. Tax is added where it applies.
• We email you 7 days before your trial ends.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
• One free trial per business.
• If we change a price, we email you before the new price applies to your subscription.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. Request a refund within 30 days of your payment for a full refund. This applies to every payment.

Cancellation

• You can cancel online anytime, in one click. Cancelling stops future charges.
• If you cancel, changes made in your CMS stay. Edge features stop, and you get your changes as a patch you can apply yourself.

Your responsibilities

• You own or control the website, domain and accounts you connect, or you have the owner’s permission.
• When you point a CNAME record at our edge, you authorize us to serve your site through it and to make the technical changes described below.
• When you add our service account to Google Search Console (Restricted user) or GA4 (Viewer), you authorize us to read that data.
• You review new FAQ copy before it goes live. Anything medical goes live only after the practitioner approves it. You are responsible for content you approve.
• You keep your contact details current so reports and billing notices reach you.
• You can revoke our access anytime from your own DNS, Search Console, GA4 and WordPress admin screens.

What the agent does and does not do

The agent makes these technical fixes on its own:

• AI crawler access, keeping your private paths and your training-bot choices
• Structured data, only for facts visible on the page
• llms.txt and sitemap
• Canonical tags and Open Graph
• Meta descriptions built from sentences already on your site
• Page language tags

These wait for your approval:

• New FAQ copy
• Anything medical, which goes live only after the practitioner approves it

The agent never touches:

• Claims about how well a treatment works, prices or legal claims
• Login, booking or payment code
• Hiding pages from search in bulk (mass noindex)
• Moving your URLs

People and crawlers get the same HTML. Every change is versioned and checked on the live URL. A failed check rolls back automatically. If you turn the edge off, your original site is served byte for byte.

Acceptable use

Do not use AEO Pro to:

• connect a site or account you do not own or control without permission
• publish content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes someone else’s rights
• promote illegal goods or services
• send spam or messages people did not agree to receive
• break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits
• resell the service without our written permission

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first.

No guarantee of rankings or AI answers

Nobody controls what AI engines or search engines show. Answers change over time and vary by user. We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, traffic, leads or sales.

Other services

AEO Pro works with services we do not control, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google Search Console, GA4, Cloudflare and Paddle. If one of them changes or stops, some features may change or stop too.

AEO Pro is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity or Microsoft.

Your content and data

Your site and its content stay yours. You let us copy, process and change them only as needed to run AEO Pro for you.

Changes to the service

We improve AEO Pro over time and may change or remove features. If a change takes away something important you pay for, we tell you in advance and you can cancel.

Disclaimer

Apart from what these terms say, AEO Pro is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AEO Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the Seoul Central District Court, unless the law of your place of residence says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with its effective date. For important changes, we email you before they apply.
